As always, Chase and Polk took care to Instantly correct a small problem that arose from my scheduled repair. No debate, Just took care of the issue. That's the kind of service I want . . . We wanted matching 2026 Chevrolet ZR2s—same color and everything! I called Tanner Kuhn, told him what we were looking for, and he got to work with Conner Polk to make it happen. They handled the financing and had both deals worked out before we even arrived. The whole process was quick and painless! When we got there, I also dropped off my half-ton pickup for service. Chase Wood met me at the service counter, and I can’t say enough good things about him. He’s a solid guy who makes everything simple. My wife works with Chase on her vehicle, too, and we trust him completely. If he tells us something needs to be done, we know he’s looking out for us. That kind of trust in a service advisor is hard to find. Thank you, Chase, for always taking care of us! While we were visiting with Chase, Shawn Polk stopped by to greet us. Shawn always makes us feel welcome and appreciated. That personal attention is one of the things that makes this dealership special. Then Jase and I headed back to see Tanner and Conner. I can’t thank Conner enough for everything he does to help with the vehicles my businesses need. Conner is definitely the best in the business for sure!! We’re both busy, but he always makes time for me and my family. It’s always good to see him and catch up. I also met Chris, their new finance guy, who was only on his second day. He was friendly and got everything taken care of while learning the dealership’s process. I probably gave him a second day he won’t forget! We’ll certainly miss the familiar face we’ve worked with before, but we welcome Chris and look forward to working with him. While I signed the paperwork, Tanner took Jase out to the trucks and helped him get everything set up. He even took my phone and set everything up in my truck for me! I love Tanner like one of my own kids. He’s been taking care of me, my family, and my friends for about nine years, and you couldn’t ask for a better young man. From the owners to the sales, finance, and service teams, these folks make you feel like family. As long as the Polk family and Tanner are there, we won’t be buying our vehicles anywhere else!
