Being short-staffed that day is on us, not you, and we should have communicated better and respected your time. I also want you to know we truly value the relationship we have with you. You have trusted us with vehicle purchases and service visits over time, and we never take that lightly. That is why this one stings a bit, because it is not the level of experience you are used to from us or that we expect from ourselves. Chase and Jenny Jo both care about taking care of you the right way, and I know they will continue to do that moving forward. While I was a little surprised to see a two-star rating based on the timing alone, I do understand the frustration, and we own it. We appreciate you sticking with us, and we will work to make sure your next visit reflects the kind of service you have come to expect from our team.
