I don’t normally write reviews a lot, but the experience my wife Saree and I had with Glen Polk Chevrolet was too good not to share. Recently, we found ourselves needing to trade our 2025 Ford Expedition my wife Saree and I had with Glen Polk Chevrolet was too good not to share. Recently, we found ourselves needing to trade our 2025 Ford Expedition while in the middle of a cross-country business trip. I own MSK Logistics, as well as Trophy Trucking Services Terminals 5, 51, and 55, and we were traveling from Nashville, Tennessee to Las Vegas, Nevada to transport equipment for another company I own. We were on a tight schedule and absolutely had to be in Las Vegas by Thursday night/Friday morning. Our Expedition only had about 5,000 miles on it, but it had developed a vibration that was becoming increasingly annoying (tire issues I believe) Since we have been transitioning our company vehicles to Chevrolet anyway, I called Tanner at Glen Polk Chevrolet and told him we were ready to make a deal if they could help us quickly. From that point forward, the entire Glen Polk team went above and beyond. Tanner immediately got with Connor Polk, Shawn Polk, and Trent Polk to make it happen. Shawn made it clear that taking care of us was the priority and instructed the team to get the deal done as quickly as possible. We left Nashville Wednesday morning after loading up and drove straight to Glen Polk Chevrolet, arriving around 5:30 PM. By the time we got there, Tanner and Connor had already worked with Chris Greene in Finance, and everything was ready. The financing was completed, the paperwork was prepared, and all we had to do was sign. We purchased a beautiful 2026 Chevrolet Tahoe High Country for Saree’s company vehicle, and the process couldn’t have been smoother. What impressed me the most was Shawn Polk’s commitment to customer service. He had already told his team that if the deal wasn’t completed by the time we arrived, the dealership would provide us with a rental vehicle at their expense so our trip wouldn’t be delayed. That’s the kind of customer-first attitude that is almost impossible to find today. Instead, we rolled in, signed the paperwork, transferred our belongings into the new Tahoe, and were back on the road in no time. The entire team, Tanner Kuhn, Connor Polk, Chris Greene, Shawn Polk, and Trent Polk, treated us like family from start to finish. Their professionalism, communication, urgency, and genuine care for their customers are second to none. We’ve purchased vehicles from many dealerships over the years, and I can honestly say Glen Polk Chevrolet is one of the finest organizations we’ve ever worked with. They don’t just sell vehicles—they build relationships and take care of people. Thank you to everyone at Glen Polk Chevrolet for making what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless. I brought my Equinox in to have service on the onstar module. Because of bad module it was draing my battery and needed to be replaced and I was told 2 weeks for the part. My husband was told the module module. Because of bad module it was draing my battery and needed to be replaced and I was told 2 weeks for the part. My husband was told the module was turned off and battery replace and sent home in our vehicle. It was not turned off. I called and requested a loan vehicle which I did get but had to bring mine back the next morning to pick it up. Had to call my brother to jump me off to make it to the dealership because my new battery was already dead. Initially it was brought in on April 13th. I had to return the loan vehicle after a month or so in it and got my Equinox back. Not a problem as long as onstar is off. After 2 days they finally got the onstar module turned off and changed my battery again. Now its June 4th. I texted 2 days ago and have heard nothing about when the module will be in for my repair. So im stuck with a vehicle that I paid for upgraded onstar on and can't use. Very frustrating! More

Chase is a great guy , he got me in scheduled . As quick as he could . Took my car in before closing time on Thursday . By Monday mid day, it was ready for pick up . I believe it was the thermosta As quick as he could . Took my car in before closing time on Thursday . By Monday mid day, it was ready for pick up .
