I was taking a trip with my family and had a check engine light come on for the CVT. We were on our way to Nashville but had to stay overnight in Southport. I showed up right when the service department ope light come on for the CVT. We were on our way to Nashville but had to stay overnight in Southport. I showed up right when the service department opened and was greeted by Ryan in service. I did not have an appointment, but Ryan got my Rogue in right away. Within an hour and a half, it was determined that there were no issues with the transmission. I cannot stress enough how kind everyone was and the speed they got my vehicle checked out. Thank you again for the excellent service and kindness everyone showed! More

They tried to sell me a $400 brake pad replacement stating there was only 3mm of pad left. I got home and measured 6.3mm of pad left, plenty of pad remaining. They said the rear had 3mm and the front stating there was only 3mm of pad left. I got home and measured 6.3mm of pad left, plenty of pad remaining. They said the rear had 3mm and the front had 6mm so I thought maybe they just mixed up the front and back, but no, I checked the front and they had over 6mm left as well. That is attempted theft, I lost any trust in them. Also, I called and asked to speak with Dave Lucas the service manager, he was not in but I left a message for him to call me and he never did. More
