The sales rep Steven was respectful and kind but has a lot to learn. Based on the pricing structure and offers in felt lied to. Their prices are higher than other dealerships and they tact on fees but c lot to learn. Based on the pricing structure and offers in felt lied to. They were the only dealership that had the exact Palisade I wanted so they had me where they wanted to do to speak. Thankfully I got a quote before going and made them honor the lower price.
