It took just a day to get me scheduled, in which Eric Erskine (Service Manager) called me as a reminder of the scheduled appointment. The beauty of it all was that I easily was able to get a 1PM appointment, making it very convenient around much lunch break. Eric was expecting me, and politely greeted me as I entered the service center. He explained things, and I sat down to catch up on my emails. After just 5 minutes, my salesman (Joe Hessinger), whom I had not seen since November 2014 when I purchased the car came over the greet me. My experience with Eric & Joe was proof that "Buying Local" was the right thing to do. I work for Cellular One in Show Low, and that is our company's belief "Buy Local", whenever possible. After speaking with Joe for a few minutes, I went back to catching up on my emails in a very nicely appointed waiting area. I barely got through all of my emails, when Eric walked over to me to let me know my car was ready. He thoroughly reviewed everything that was done on my car, spelled it out very clearly, explained how the synthetic oil did not yet need changing, walked me though when it would need changing, etc. When I asked him where I needed to pay, he said "No Charge - It's part of your 2 Year Toyota Care plan." What a relief! The Parts Department was great too, as they answered some of my detailed questions while I waited. Nicely done Hatch Toyota! Randy Kline More

There is a Reason why they are one of the best Dealerships I have never had a better experience at a dealership than with Hatch Toyota. It started off by emailing and getting information about a certain vehicl I have never had a better experience at a dealership than with Hatch Toyota. It started off by emailing and getting information about a certain vehicle the dealership had on their lot. It was the exact vehicle I was looking for. I intended to make this a month or two long process for several different reasons. Before I knew it I was making a 3 hour long journey to look at the vehicle. When I was up there I was taken care of immediately. Everyone was friendly (not pushy). I was in and out of their with a new vehicle before lunch time. I cannot say thank you enough to the entire staff, their professionalism, the courtesy, everything. I didn't feel like a customer but more of an investment. I plan using this dealership for future vehicles. More

I recently was blessed to be able to purchase a new Toyota Tundra from Hatch Toyota. My salesperson John Krumwied was so kind, helpful and informative, I had so many questions as I have always been a F Toyota Tundra from Hatch Toyota. My salesperson John Krumwied was so kind, helpful and informative, I had so many questions as I have always been a Ford girl and he never once made me feel like it was a competition, he said " I'm not selling you a name I'm selling you a solid reliable product you will never regret having" and I must say he was so right. The whole process was actually a good experience, no a great experience, the finance man John Sweeney was so helpful and informative and took the time to go over every fee, tax, interest rate, everything so patiently and never rushed me once ( I took a lot of their time ) even the owner Mr. Hatch came out to congratulate me on my purchase (and not the cheesy thank you we consumers usually get) He was sincere and even sat down not standing over me making me feel small and asked me questions about how I felt with my experience, I was shocked at the sincerity and pride in the happiness of the customers experience from the owner to the car cleaning kids that thanked me and congratulated me when they brought my truck around. I can not say enough how happy I am with this decision, they even made sure I knew how to work all the perks before I left. There is NO better dealership I have ever found EVER. Even my dad was impressed (who works for a Chevy dealership) he called and was asking them questions too to make sure they were doing his little girl right, they were friendly with him and thanked him for showing an interest in making sure I got a good truck and a good deal. His words "my store doesn't even do that for customers" he will be buying his next car here too. Please make sure everyone knows if they need a car, any car Hatch Toyota will go above and beyond for their customers, any Joe blow that goes in leaves feeling like you have a friend at that store. I have told everyone even if your not sure about the product you will be sure Mr Hatch will take care of you and you only get the best there. Thank you Toyota and especially thank you John Krumwied, John Sweeney and Mr. Hatch, I'm so excited and happy with my truck, no buyers remorse here :) I wish everyone could have the experience I've had. More

I bought my brand new Toyota Tacoma from Hatch Toyota in Show Low, Arizona. I drove almost four hours to buy my new truck. They gave me the highest trade in value and the lowest price on my new Tacoma. I would highly recommend Hatch Toyota for all your automotive needs even if you’re looking for a pre-owned car, truck, or SUV. They have acres and acres of inventory.
