There was no deal that day but I brought my wife back and we met another salesman I'm sorry I don't have his name but he was not that into us, so we left. When you play Roulette, always bet on Chaz Walker My wife drove a 2014 base model Dodge Grand Caravan. She wanted some luxuries in a new van so I began the online search for any remaining 2016 Town a My wife drove a 2014 base model Dodge Grand Caravan. She wanted some luxuries in a new van so I began the online search for any remaining 2016 Town and Country's that were still out there that were not a base model and all WHITE or SILVER. I typed in the options my wife wanted and All Star Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep popped up. I clicked on the picture and printed the window sticker. The wife LOVED it. I did a search on the website for staff members and perused the pictures and played roulette with their pictures and the ball landed on Chaz Walker's picture. He had me at his bowtie so I contacted him via email and said I'd come visit him with the wife and let them do a trade appraisal and see where we could end up. They showed me the numbers and I went home. I came back with some other numbers and they ran them and said they could work it out and now my wife has her dream Town and Country with a lot of perks that wasn't in our previous van and our payment is only a few dollars more than what we were originally paying. If you ever play roulette in finding a car salesman, make sure it always lands on Chaz Walker. He will go above and beyond to get your car ready (even after the porters leave, Chaz will be out there cleaning out and detailing your car after hours). That's above and beyond customrer service. Chaz, you have a customer for life as long as you stay in the business my friend. Steve Knipp took care of the back end of the deal and we got financed with a dealer warranty that was a great value and no deductable after the 3 year 36000 bumper to bumper. All the guys at All star are just that.....ALL STARS. great job all More
