Just got a 2023 Doge Charger GT Black Top Special Edition for my son. A beautiful car at a great price. The staff was unbelievable. I left one local dealership across the way because the were very pushy and tried to manipulate my decision. I called and spoke to Chelsea and right away felt at ease about calling. I met with Chelsea after closing up our business and she introduced me to Aaron. He showed me the truck I called about..test drove it and worked out a deal. I could not recommend or rate Park Maple City High Enough..Chelsea, Aaron, Patricia and Taylor made me feel welcome and confident in my decision to visit Park Maple City and with my purchase of a 2022 Ram 1500. I have dealt with the previous dealership as well as my wife and daughter. My family has always been treated very nice there and given the best deals that were available. The staff was always friendly and wife and daughter. My family has always been treated very nice there and given the best deals that were available. The staff was always friendly and very knowledgeable. My experience with the new Park Maple City was no different. Everyone that I had to deal with was very friendly and everything was explained to me in detail. In my opinion they worked as a team to make the deal go smooth and quick. It was hassle free. My lease was about over and I stopped in to see what deals would be good for me in my price range. I talked to Larry about the deals that were available and he found the best deal for me. Explained all the incentives that I could get and I decided on the 2025 Ram Crew Cab. This was around 11:30am on New Year's Eve. I was driving it out of the parking lot at around 5pm that afternoon. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with and talk to. From Aaron explaining the Ram app to me to Taylor with all the paperwork that I had to sign and she explained what everything was for. After everything was signed Chelsea talked to my wife and I and just wanted to make sure we were happy and to thank us for purchasing from Park Maple City. She even called a couple of days later to check to see if everything was still good. It was. Park Maple City has a great staff up there and I would recommend anyone to try them out to see if they can get a better deal with them. Most of the time I would say they can, but if not, I am sure they would still be treated with a smile by everyone. A+ Thanks again. More
