This was my first service at this location. Service rep was very nice. I waited and the service did not take a very long time to complete. My only issue/complaint/disappointment was that when I Service rep was very nice. I waited and the service did not take a very long time to complete. My only issue/complaint/disappointment was that when I made my appointment online it stated that with an oil change and tire rotation there was a complimentary car wash, but they did not wash my car. Yesterday had the multiply point inspection, had a flat tire on the way home. Went through all that hassel just to find out the valve was loose inside valve stem, WOW how do you like that for the multip tire on the way home.
