I recently had my car in for the routine oil change, tire rotation, general mileage service check. They did such a great job! Very prompt, asked me if they could do the in cabin filter change and other thi rotation, general mileage service check. They did such a great job! Very prompt, asked me if they could do the in cabin filter change and other things that I would need to get done on my next visit. I really appreciated that as I drive two hours to Dickson Nissan to get service and maintenance done. I love seeing the familiar faces..I hope they always stay helpful and friendly and like everywhere else, it's not easy during this pandemic as it's stressful for everyone. . Thank you again! More

Staff are always so friendly and helpful, making sure we have everything we need to be comfortable during our wait. Appointments are always scheduled to meet our available times. Chelsea is always pleasant and helpful when checking in at the service department. Norb always makes us feel like royalty, collecting us form the waiting area and escorting us to our newly washed car. Victory Nissan West in Dickson, TN is our favorite Nissan dealership. Do not recommend Bent both of my side skirts on the lift. They’re replacing both but 2 weeks later they only have one in and not the other. Horrible service department Scheduled an appointment for service on a company vehicle and gave them our account information (nation wide fleet management company), everything was Scheduled an appointment for service on a company vehicle and gave them our account information (nation wide fleet management company), everything was set. When I showed up the lady in the service department was rude and down right lazy. She refused to even look up my scheduled appointment and kept saying I have never heard of that company. I gave her the phone number for the company and she said that I would need to pay for the services and have even them reimburse me later. Another employee that was watching apologized after I walked out and stated that he sees this happen with her frequently and the service manager does nothing about it. A manager from the company came in to try and fix it, they said they would get everything set up and give him a call in the morning. No call the next morning or at all. Why would a service department turn down services for a fleet of Nissan trucks? The lady that works as a service advisor needs to find a new line of work, someshing that does not require interaction with people or services. She wasted personal time company time and money for all parties involved. More

Ruined tire I was driving from Arkansas to Tennessee and ran over a nail. It was Friday nite at 630 and Memorial Day weekend!!The nail ruined my tire and the deal I was driving from Arkansas to Tennessee and ran over a nail. It was Friday nite at 630 and Memorial Day weekend!!The nail ruined my tire and the dealership did not have my size tire. They found a way to make things work. They sold me 2 tires at their cost and put them on the back and rotated the the back tires to the front. They only charged me for the tires... no mounting. They did not have to help me but they chose to help me. They worked overtime and helped me continue my journey. I am grateful and I would go back to them any time I need anything. Thanks guys!! Your awesome!! More
