From the moment I opened the door and made my first step into the showroom, I was welcomed with kindness and warmth. This was a stand out compared to some other dealerships. I worked with Chelsie Swann - she was professional and kind. I appreciated how if she didn’t know the answer to something, she would look it up and get back to me, rather than fluff me off. It showed me she took me seriously as a customer and wanted me to have the best information. The moment that stood out for me was when Chelsie and Daniel (one of the Genius experts) went out of their way to help me with my new car at my house. I was impressed and appreciative of their commitment to help me. I highly recommend Chelsie, Daniel, and the rest of the team! More

I had a great salesperson in Chelsie Swann, she had an enthusiasm for cars and had them ready to go when I arrived. I lucked out in finding a pristine used Honda Accord at their dealership, but I give Che enthusiasm for cars and had them ready to go when I arrived. I lucked out in finding a pristine used Honda Accord at their dealership, but I give Chelsie credit for letting me know they had it. The dealership itself is beautiful with a lovely lounge area and the test drive roads are perfect for testing a car's handling, the traffic is often slight, and it's in a very pretty part of the western suburbs. To me, that made a difference too. The sales transaction went smoothly and BMW had replaced the tires and brake pads which made a huge difference in the value I got. Again, Chelsea was present every step of the way and made sure filling out the forms went smoothly. Finance manager Joe D'Alfonso got me a decent interest rate on my loan and was fun to chat with as we completed the paper work. To top it off, Chelsea took photos of me with my old car and the new (used) one, which was fun and much appreciated. She also checked in during the 30 day, 1,500 mile warranty period, but I had gone on a long distance trip so I wasn't returning the car. Since owning it, the car has been perfect, has received many compliments, and given high gas mileage and smooth, pleasant driving. I am very happy with the car and my experience at BMW of Sudbury. More

Chelsea was very helpful to us during our lease to own transaction. She drove all the way to our house in Natick to get my signature on the title document. She also worked diligently with the insurance co transaction. She drove all the way to our house in Natick to get my signature on the title document.
