Brought my Volvo XC-60 for 10,000 mile factory scheduled maintenance. Was greeted and treated with courtesy and respect by the service advisor, Cheryl B. Michael Koltz was an absolute pleasure to work with and was very knowledgeable about the Volvo line. Never once did we feel any high pressure sales tactics. In fact, it was the opposite. The show room is beautiful, upscale, and welcoming and all of their staff are friendly and accommodating. Lovering prices their cars competitively so there is no unpleasant "haggling". The dealership and its employees are a class act. You just cant beat buying a Volvo Certified vehicle and I get the sense that the dealership stands by the quality of its products beyond the sale. Michael took great care to ensure that our vehicle was delivered in impeccable condition. I couldn't tell it apart from the brand new vehicles. Once again, Lovering, well done! More
