Hello, My name is Cheryl Pierro. I have enjoyed a 20-year career in the auto industry, 15 of which have been on the Seacoast with SUBARU. I began my career with McGovern in 2009 and have not looked back. My tenure with McGovern has allowed me to cultivate many friendships with coworkers and clients, and I look forward to making many more. Every customer I encounter allows me the oppertunity to create a friend and help someone purchase a car in the easiest, stress-free way possible. In my free time, I embrace ALL the fun New Hampshire has to offer.

I recently had the unfortunate experience with car sales person Cheryl Pierro at McGovern . My experience started when I dropped off my 2013 outback to have the oil changed and a rear wiper replaced at Se person Cheryl Pierro at McGovern . My experience started when I dropped off my 2013 outback to have the oil changed and a rear wiper replaced at Service. This is when I met with Cheryl to test drive some new Cars. Cheryl was very informative on showing me all the new features on the Outback and I took it for a ride. When I return to the dealership I popped into the service department to check on my Outback. There I spoke with service advisor Jay Dittbenner. I was informed that basically my sub frame and arm bushings and adjusters were rusted badly. The estimate for this was 4210.00 And of course I need a new tires. I’ve been going to the dealership for the last several years and in fact I was there in the beginning of the summer and had some work done on my vehicle to keep it properly maintained. So from early summer until November apparently the whole bottom of my car started rusting out. Not sure how the bottom of my vehicle can rust out in about four months. However it must be a very good coincidence that since I was looking for a new car, my car was falling apart. My guess is a good old Cheryl that worked at Subaru for 15 years mention this to the service department when I was out on a test . Apparently she has picked up some slick and unscrupulous ways of selling a car. I never mentioned that I wanted to trade my car. In fact, I was getting the oil changed to sell my car to a good friend of mine. I never told the service department that I was shopping for a new car or intended to use it as a trade. In conclusion my experience with Cheryl and Jay and their unethical practices find it morally wrong and troubling. Buyer beware More
