New Baby New Car We were in need of purchasing a new vehicle as we had a new baby coming soon. We needed something safe, reliable, and large enough to fit our small family, dog, and a few other things. We found that with the Outback. Chester did a great job assessing what our needs were and then showcasing what the vehicle was able to do. He didn't oversell any features, and he actually tried to talk us into the cheaper model, because he didn't think we needed all of the features that are in the model that we purchased. Unfortunately, my pregnant wife was rear ended less than two weeks into the purchase. For as hard as she was hit, the Outback stood up to the test leaving her unharmed and with minimal damage to the vehicle. We did have to take the car into the dealership for an update on the radio. That was a little frustrating that they didn't just do the update before we bought the car, but Chester was super helpful in getting the car updated. We dropped the car off, they gave us a new loaner vehicle, and the update was done in just a couple of hours. More
