The dealership and staff were outstanding. They took the time to actually listen to my needs and did not pressure me. It was the most enjoyable experience I had buying a new vehicle for my fam They took the time to actually listen to my needs and did not pressure me. It was the most enjoyable experience I had buying a new vehicle for my family. Thank you. This should be the standard for all dealerships, but unfortunately it is not. You definitely set yourself apart from all other dealerships throughout Tucson. Thank you! More

Quebedeaux is okay - but just "okay". We shopped quite a bit and their facility and "customer comforts" don't stack up to many other dealerhsips. He does a great job. Their finance "selling" department is probably not much different than any finance department. Much like a timeshare closing department. They have ten different comebacks to your "no's" to add-ons. This is where a dealership adds a lot to their profits and they are not giving up easy. I've made a personal commitment to myself to sell and buy outside of a dealership (AutoTrader, etc.) from here on out. More
