No pressure to get services I didn't want that I could do myself, they got my car in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Treated me well, did a great job. Came in to get a back latch assembly installed that Debbie called to let me know in was in. Pulled into the service drive and was told Debbie didn't work there and Cheyenne greated me. Told what I was Debbie called to let me know in was in. Pulled into the service drive and was told Debbie didn't work there and Cheyenne greated me. Told what I was there for and she said it would be about an hour to complete. I walked over to Chick-Fil-A to grab lunch. About an hour later I got a call from Cheyenne and she told me a recall and been complete and I could come pick my car up. I asked her about the latch assembly install and was told she would have to call me back. I left Chick-Fil-A and walked back over. Cheyenne told me there wasn't a back latch assembly in stock and she would have to order it. I told her I was called by Debbie last week and she told me it was there. about 45 minutes later she came into the service lobby and told me it would take an hour or so th install. This is the most incompetent expierence I've ever had with the exception of when your service departmant install rear brake pads on my Kia, and on the way home a bolt came loose and fell in between my caliper and brake pad and my rear wheel locked up and the car following me had to slam on brakes and swerve off the road to keep from hitting me. The service manager that was there when that happened gave me a $1,000.00 in store credit for that debacle. Lou Sobh should be notified about the incompetence!!! More
