I asked that finance person not go thru ‘extras’ as we’re not interested, h finance person & insurance verifier need basic customer service training. I asked that finance person not go thru ‘extras’ as we’re not interested, he became rude & raised his voice & continued on about compliance. It seems their compliance is to go thru the extras & waste your time. Insurance person has yet to learn to face or turn to the customer who is asking for assistance. Seems she couldn’t be bothered to look up from her desk; her responses were addressed to her table/desk. More
