Although the staff and customer service is great, I do not feel that they know cars well. They recommended a tire rotation for me, then didn’t do it because they couldn’t get my antitheft lug nuts off. Up not feel that they know cars well. Upon calling my other Subaru dealership I bought the car from (which I prefer but am over 4 hours away from them), told me that as a Subaru dealership they should be better equipped to take them off. Other than that, I waited 2.5 hours for my oil change the same day and they did waive the fee and it was during a busy time so I was appreciative of that and expected a longer wait. But I wish I had a different dealership to take my Subaru to for service. More

Came in with oil change, console up date and fob battery replacement. 90 minutes later I was told to drive up to part to have battery replaced when I sat there all that time. If your mechanics can’t visualize problems themselves they should not be touching a car! More
