I bought a car from RWH on June 5. Test drove and everything was fine, did all the paper work and sign. Took the car for one day and noticed that when you turn on the ac on, settings number 3&4 it wo everything was fine, did all the paper work and sign. Took the car for one day and noticed that when you turn on the ac on, settings number 3&4 it would make loud noise and vibration on the center console. I took it back on Monday June 7 for some touch up and window tint something that we had already agreed on, but again i noticed the loud noise from the ac afterwards and when i took it back on that Monday i told my sales guy Chinn Li about and said he would take care of the problem. June 10 called me the car is ready but mechanic could not fix the ac problem, i need to take it to Ford. I'm like what! i purchase the car here with you guys. Then he said i needed to use my warranty i bought to take it back to service department. Here it is June 14 and still don't have my car i purchased on June 5. wow!!!! Never again will i come to Rusty Wallis Honda or would recommend anyone to come to Rusty Wallis Honda. More
