CPO—got a certificate from the USAA buying program and web for a price plus $150 “tota pressure style, rewards on desk well-deserved; 5+ out of 5! CPO—got a certificate from the USAA buying program and web for a price plus $150 “total dealer fees & accessories”, with only TTT remaining. At sit down, tried to hit me with $1000 certification fees + $1500 of dealer add-ons; BAD FORM management! Walked out of the dealer in Stillwater OK for the same reason. Went and bought my last Honda from Fowler Honda in Norman, OK because they didn’t try that stunt and honored their word. 1 of 5. Silver lining—management gave us a good deal on a new vehicle. Not the color we like, and spent more money than we planned, but the deal was hard to pass up. Almost lost a customer! If it wasn’t for Chinh, we would have walked. More
