I appreciate you reaponding. I have not bought a new car in a while and I was excited that the dealer experience has changed in the last few years (so I thought). I was very pleased that you could pick options you want before finance I was relieved I could avoid pressure sales. My problem is that the salesman trys to sell you options in the booth and then in finance they HARD sell you the exact same thing. It took probably 20 minutes of pressure which borderline makes you feel dumb. He also showed me everything that can go wrong and enormous repair bills that really questioned my confidence in purchasing the vehicle. I explained my payment was already over what I was budgeting for and that I have a newborn but he just kept going. Finally I had to flat out tell him that it doesn't matter how much you lower the price I will not buy it. He was a very nice man but really wore my patience. The salesman was great but didn't spend much time showing me the features. When I got home and had time I found out features I didn't know that would have built value in the car like skyactive G, cylinder deactivation, autohold, and lane keep assist. All this adding up it was a good but not excellent experience. Thank you.

Chito made sure it was washed, prepped, and items I wanted were installed so the car was ready for my pickup. At pickup time, he patiently went over the features, helped me set up the app on my phone, answered my questions, and offered tips. He also answered emails I sent him when I got home so I didn't abandoned after the sale.
