He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. By the time I left, he sold me a car, and has checked up on me and thanked me. Best Service I have ever had at. Dealership My daughter's 2007 Toyota Prius had a tail light out when I went to visit her this weekend at The Citadel. Of course with her first free all day Saturday leave she did not want to spend it getting her car repaired. We went to Fred Anderson Toyota Saturday morning about 10 AM on September 19, 2015. Chivas did the work himself and had us in and out in less than 10 minutes. And the parts department gave us the bulb free (sorry I did not get his name). $0 was my bill! Best experience I have ever had. This is definitely a dealership I will return to in the future! And I'm sharing this on our Citadel Facebook pages to hopefully send more praises the dealership's way! ?????? More
