I went for my oil change and specifically asked about my tires in August. The technician marked all 4 green at least 6/32. My husband was driving in the rain and we kept hydroplaning. He looked at my ti tires in August. The technician marked all 4 green at least 6/32. My husband was driving in the rain and we kept hydroplaning. He looked at my tires and said my front ones were balled. I went to get my tires rotated and they said they couldn't because my car wasn't safe to drive. 2 tires were 2/32 and 1 was 1/32! The other one was fine somehow. I had to get 4 new tires immediately. This was within a few weeks of my oil change and my tires were definitely not balled in that short of time. The technician obviously didn't check my tires. I specifically asked if they were checked because I thought they were going to need replacing soon. I relied on the technician to do their job and keep my family safe. Instead I was driving on tires that weren't safe which put my family at risk. I have anxiety with driving anyway because my dad died in a car accident. I was very disappointed with this. I called and told the person in the service department what happened and they said they would alert a manager and gave me free oil change. This was me using my free oil change. I will not be returning again as my trust in your company was lost. More
