Made an appointment for a recall issue. I was told the part was in when I made the appointment. Was told it would take about 4 hours. After waiting for a call after about 6 hours, I CALLED. After leaving 2 voicemails, I received a call back to inform me the part was not in and would have to wait until the next day for the part to come in. It FINALLY was repaired the next day. Keep in mind that this was my 2nd attempt to get this recall fixed. The first time was in November when I had an appointment only to be informed there was no part in stock. More
