After a few weeks owning my vehicle, i noticed issues with it. It should have never passed inspection and a few other things are wrong with it. They will have your car detailed before pick up and if there are any issues, they will make sure they take care of it, they are friendly and professional. She purchased a vehicle a few years back and received great service at one of their other dealerships Star Auto Mall and loved her Volkswagen Jetta.
