We initially planned to finance the car but ended paying cash. That required a lot of help form the people at the dealer. They were all very helpful and patient even when they were forced to reprocess all t cash. That required a lot of help form the people at the dealer. Never again. . it’s been 9 months with my 2019 Jeep compass.. it’s been in the shop 3 times I’ve put 4 brand new tires on it, and now I get to replace the control . it’s been 9 months with my 2019 Jeep compass.. it’s been in the shop 3 times I’ve put 4 brand new tires on it, and now I get to replace the control arms… prolly another 1,000$ .. I purchased new because I was tired of fixing my 03 Impala… I didn’t want the headache anymore… well buying a vehicle from Taj all it did was gave me even more headaches…. Btw my vehicle’s issues were it wasn’t starting and just losing power when driving… how would you feel about a long trip with your family knowing your vehicle could leave you sit again.. More

I'd been communicating with various car dealerships all week, and couldn't always get straight answers to my questions... they all insisted I come into their dealership, which I don't have time for. When I reached out to Taj, Chris was my point man, and was willing to share any and all info about the van before I made the drive. When I went in on Saturday there was a bit of waiting in the process, but I sold cars a long time ago, I do remember Saturdays were always jammed... as indeed they were. In any case, each team member went to whatever lengths necessary to make sure I was happy with the vehicle and the deal. I would definitely shop there again. More
