The car buying process was incredibly simple. I lived about an hour from the dealership and so they drove the car out to me for a test drive! Was given impression I got two keys but after signing paperwork, only got one key, HOW SELLS A CAR WITH ONE KEY? I have bought many used cars in my 64 years and never got one key. The car broke down on the highway less than two weeks later and they hung up on me when I called for assistance, I had to call back 3 times, and I bought a full 3 year warranty. They finally got a tow truck, which I had to pay for. They had the car almost a month and traded out the loaner twice. I got several vague answers as to what was wrong with it, all different and the mechanic immediately wanted to know what I had done to it! The mechanic “ Taylor “ was rude through the whole process even telling me how lucky I was to be getting the service free and a loaner since I had bought a used car! I requested all the invoices and order info ( including shipping info) for parts etc. my daughter picked it up and they gave her my invoice, and insisted that was all I could have. I truly believe they are lying about what is wrong. They did not clear the service needed screen nor get the VIN check while they had it. They came to get it and said an hour ( I work 50 hours a week), then brought it back 2 hours later with a quarter tank of gas gone and around 70 miles put on it. The dash now rattles and there is a piece of goal stripping hanging from the bottom. I called and it’s my problem not theirs. I had driven it the day before and no rattles in dash, none. I have never betrayed so bad by a business and urge everyone to STAY AWAY from here. Very shoddy and shady practices . I am talking to an attorney about any recourse I have. I have the texts where they were so awful and my ignored requests. More

Sadly, this turned out to be a very poor car buying experience. I have been buying cars for 40 years and I was not impressed at all with the sales team. Zero customer service outside of "Let's get th experience. I have been buying cars for 40 years and I was not impressed at all with the sales team. Zero customer service outside of "Let's get the deal done." Once the papers were signed the customer service and humanity went out the window. What seemed to start out well ended with a thud. Angie in Finance was the silver lining to the purchase. Angie was always willing to assist and quick to follow-up. Maybe my experience is the exception rather than the norm - I truly hope so. More
