I received excellent customer service recently from Germain BMW of Naples, specifically, from Christine Barta. This dealership is very lucky to have someone like Christine as I observed her working extremely hard during my stay in an environment that was built as a temporary measure during construction. More

New to the area and having BMW's for the last 25 years I selected to take my x4 for an oil change and new tires. My service advisor was George. He took care of all of my needs and went above & beyond and o selected to take my x4 for an oil change and new tires. My service advisor was George. He took care of all of my needs and went above & beyond and offered the best customer service. In 2024 I went back as I needed new tires and a few items to take care of. Unfortunately, when I arrived and asked for him, and was informed of his recent passing, and I was given Christine Barta as my new advisor. She gave me a quote that I found to be very high and would not provide me with cost estimate and full breakdown of fees. I tried reaching her by phone and e-mail several times and all she would do is send me the same quote without a breakdown. I contacted the service manager who never responded to my request for the breakdown and never made an effort to reach me. Therefore, I ended up going to BMW of Ft. Meyers, as I could no longer trust this particular location. I have always used BMW dealerships and have had exceptional customer service as well as building strong relationships with my service advisors. For this reason, I give them a 1 star. If I cannot trust a dealership I will not do business with them. More

Christine Barta is my new service adviser and not only does she greet you with a smile every time I see her, she was respectable and honest every time I spoke with her. We all know the stereotype of car dealerships but she broke that instantly when discussing my car and the fixes it needed. I appreciate her thoroughness in making sure my car was complete and ready for pickup. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing care for their BMW. She is the ultimate dealer advisor for my ultimate driving machine. Thank you!! More
