Chris Batori and the staff at Ciocca Ford of Quakertown put me into the new truck I wanted within days of my inquiry. It was not in current inventorry and by the end of the week the deal was completed and put me into the new truck I wanted within days of my inquiry. Prices are crazy inflated. Almost 2x the cost of any other service center. This is the worst service center ever. Won't finish repairs on our car. Now they can't get our rental covered per our purchased warranty. Don't call back when promised. Don't deal with Zane or ethos warranty service sold by the dealership. Waste of money all the way around. Three days to replace a water pump on a Buick. It's actually an 8 hour job. They have only one mechanic to work on a Buick they sold us. No one to call to even ask for a fair resolution. So we have your car. It's in pieces and we will fix it when we get around to it and you will pay for the rental until we say and the contract we sold you will not honor the terms.
