Radio warranty replacement involved a technician named Chris. I told him that if the part arrived by Saturday, I would prefer that specific Saturday or that week because the issue affects my backup camera Chris. I told him that if the part arrived by Saturday, I would prefer that specific Saturday or that week because the issue affects my backup camera and nearly everything in the car, allowing me to avoid missing work; he replied that a Friday arrival might permit scheduling for that Saturday. The part arrived on Friday, yet I received no call. Since the fault impacted almost all systems, I would have preferred immediate service. I called on Monday and learned from the parts department that the part had arrived on Friday, so I asked to be transferred to Chris, the technician in charge. Had I known about the Friday arrival, I could have tried scheduling earlier in the week, even if I could not make that Saturday; however, Chris said he was already booked then, which explained the lack of contact. He is now booked until Thursday, which is today. I waited until after my appointment to leave this review. I had no issues with the dealership when I arrived today, but the experience makes me want to visit the one 25 to 30 miles away in Kenosha from now on. More
