This has always been my go to dealership to buy my car and have it serviced. I even purchased a platinum extended warranty from Mopar. My last visit I was taken back when the service advisor told me there was a charge of 200+ to diagnose each problem. If they could not identify the problem no refund. Never happened in the past and why I purchased the warranty. I told them to forget one of my problems and fix the check engine light problem. They fixed it and it was covered under my warranty. Not sure what has changed there but will not take my car there again. Sad. After spending near 5K for a warranty and still have to pay these exorbitant fees is not for me. More
