Very easy to do business with Kelsey and Chris and they made sure everything was answered prior to the purchase. The car had damage done to the rear that wasn't explained too me, so they are replacing with made sure everything was answered prior to the purchase. I also think its a great business practice to fill the car up before leaving and that was done without being asked. (a lot of dealerships send you away on E). Chris was very helpful and not at all pushy. We liked him very much. He made buying a car seem easy. We met with Xan to go over the insurance coverage that was right for us. Salesman Chris was great and so was Zander. My issue is with the service dept. My first appointment was to fix the heater and flush it out. Got there to be told they didn't have a flushing machine that w with the service dept. My first appointment was to fix the heater and flush it out. Got there to be told they didn't have a flushing machine that was working. Made another appointment and they kept my car for a week. Yes, the New Year holiday was in there but if they thought they couldn't get my car in they should have rescheduled. They flushed it 3 times and I now have heat through all the vents. Franko was very kind and helpful, nice young man. More
