I had an appointment for a oil change at 10:30 on my 2018 GMC Sierra, and when I went out to start my truck it wouldn't crank. I immediately called GMC and notified them what was going on, and they said I co GMC Sierra, and when I went out to start my truck it wouldn't crank. Once I arrived at 12:00pm they were all so nice and understanding as usual. They checked my battery and indeed my battery was bad. The manager gave me different prices on the batteries they had in stock, and was very helpful. They're always straight forward and honest at all times, and I appreciate that! More
