Excellent truck but was not serviced up to date and full gas promise not kept. I purchased a travel trailer through eagle river. The price was good, so that is a plus. The explaining of using the weight control hitch, attaching and detaching, was minimal at best. Also the paper work for the hitch was non-existent, I ended up downloading information from the internet and readjusted most of the the settings. They had mounted the ball lower than it should have been and did not torque the bolts to the proper specifications. On my drive home I had to continuously check them for coming loose. Also nothing was really explained about mounting and dismounting the trailer. I ended up learning most of this from YouTube videos. I don't think Nick was very well versed in his knowledge of the RV department for Eagle River. More
