I purchased my vehicle back in October 2019. Everyone was great. My experience with anticipating a trade in this year service was poor. Even the service department. You guys have to do better. But you lost a customer that planned on purchasing all her cars and referrals to you.I will not be back. I don’t pay money to be mistreated as if I’m not a valued customer. More

We drove about 2 and a half hours and it was well worth it! They had so many vehicles on the lot, so there were many options for us to choose from. We drove two hours to this dealership because they had a large selection of vehicles. They also had better prices than any other dealership in a 100-mile radius from our home. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Was in and out with new car in 2 1/2 hours. Only comment I have was that I was not informed of maintenance agreement on a lease until I was in office for closi out with new car in 2 1/2 hours. I HAD PURCHASED A USED 2500 CHEVROLET WITH LOW MILES AFTER PURCHASING IT VICTOR PUT IN SERVICE FOR SOUTHTOWNE INSPECTIONS THAT YOU DO ON ALL VEHICLES THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON AND THEY HAD TO DO SEV AFTER PURCHASING IT VICTOR PUT IN SERVICE FOR SOUTHTOWNE INSPECTIONS THAT YOU DO ON ALL VEHICLES THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON AND THEY HAD TO DO SEVERAL REPAIRS BEFORE I TOOK POSSESSION OF THE TRUCK IT TOOK A WEEK TO MAKE REPAIRS AFTER I GOT THE TRUCK THE ENGINE LIGHT CAME BACK ON SO I ENDED UP TRADING FOR A NEW TRUCK AND VICTOR WORKED WITH ME ON BOTH AND DONE A GREAT JOB ALONG WITH JASON MADER.
