Mark McClenahan has been our sales person both times and he knows how much I DON"T like the car buying process......My husband had visited with him several times and I went to look one afternoon (on a Sunday when there were no employees there) called Mark and told him what I wanted and he took care of it. I was in the dealership for only 3 hours instead of all day. Buzz (nickname) Chris Busby of the finance person was quick yet thorough....made me feel like my time was important. Difficult situation made easier and exciting. My car was considered totaled (not my fault), and I was forced to get a car in 7 days when the rental would end. My sister and I looked at vehicles of all brands at dealerships in Motor City on Sunday. My nephew and his brother-in-law had many good experiences dealing with Heuberger through sales representative Mark McClenahan, and my dad had a Subaru for years. Subaru has a great reputation. I checked prices of the different brands of SUV vehicles used, and felt that the 2017 Subaru Forester was priced comparably. Mark was ready to help me, after a phone call from my nephew, as soon as I got to the dealership on Monday. Mark helped me find what I wanted, got me a nice discount, and Subaru was having a 0% APR. I put the insurance money down, and financed the rest at 0% for 48 months. More
