Even after I took delivery of my new car, he has continued with follow-up care to make sure every promise has been met. Always a Positive Experience I purchased my first Subaru Forester from Heuberger in 2000 when I lived in Colorado Springs. This visit was to replace my husband's car, a 1999 Fores I purchased my first Subaru Forester from Heuberger in 2000 when I lived in Colorado Springs. This visit was to replace my husband's car, a 1999 Forester. We drove up from Santa Fe, NM ( just over 300 miles one way) so we could work with the great folks at Heuberger. Everyone there is positive, helpful and happy which beats many other car dealerships. They establish a relationship with you as more than just a transaction, they want you to come back. Our sales rep, Jim Adams was excellent and Chris Busby a delight to work with. Rob, a new rep, shadowed us, trying to learn the ins and outs of working for Heuberger, but was friendly and helpful nonetheless. Extra credit: The barista at the coffee bar. The mocha latte with whipped cream was the bomb! More

That turned out to be Mark McClenahan, who did a fabulous job of helping us select our 2018 Outback Limited. He knows the various vehicle lines like the back of his hand...every question was answered completely. He spent a lot of time doing our initial interview, then let us drive four cars to help us make our final decision on what would be most comfortable and the best fit for my wife. His good nature and sense of humor made the whole process a very enjoyable one. After our selection, he turned us over to Chris Busby, who handled the business end with a smile. He was straight forward and helped us make our decision on what other dealer options we wanted to sign up for. Then it was back to Mark for the exceptionally thorough car inspection and familiarization. You have a wonderful team at Heuberger's, and we are and will continue to be loyal Subaru customers. To Hueberger Subaru for The BEST Deal! I had been researching Subaru XV Crosstreks' for a few months before I started looking for the best deal. I looked around the Dallas/ Fort Worth, Texas area but could not find what I was looking for. Then my roommate told me to try Hueberger Subaru in Colorado Springs where he bought his STI. I resisted at first because of the distance but once I started searching their inventory I could see the options. Dave Anthony gave me a call and he started working with me to find what I wanted. I got picky and ended up ordering it and got EXACTLY what I wanted! The order was supposed to take 8-12 weeks but I got it in 6 weeks! I flew in to Colorado Springs and Dave Anthony picked me up in my car. With his help I got the best 2018 XV Crosstrek I could ask for at the best deal, saving about $5,000. We hadn't purchased a new car in 15 years or a used car in 10 years. Our salesman was very professional and did a great job of explaining all of the features of our new vehicle, the Subaru Outback, that we purchased. Closing the sale and finalizing the financing was also a very good experience. Our finance manager, Chris Busby, explained our options thoroughly and worked with us to determine the best type of financing and extended warranty that best fit our needs as well as budget. More
