No high pressure salesmen with no hassle deals. My wife and I had worked with Adrian, Chris and David Sherman on a new truck deal. During the entire time we spent with the sales team, my wife and I were treated with respect and the sales team worked on the notion that the customer is first. At times people wrestle with defining who the customer is; not this group, they treated us and those around us fairly, with respect. When it came to closing the deal and getting our vehicle ready, it was expedited and had completed the deal in short order. They gave us input on any after market items we would like to customize our truck. We talked to "Chevy" and he went over options and cost. We then left after some accessory education, and drove away in our new truck. It is a F-150 Sport, in our color and our power train we requested and it certainly filled the bill. More

Excellent Service I needed to get the lift re torqued, the fender flares installed, and windshield replaced on my F250. Awesome buying experience! We started our journey to a new F 150 online. My husband communicated with Terrance online and through calls and texts. He guided us to another salesperson due to a time conflict. I have to say, we could not have been treated with more respect from everyone we dealt with. This dealership and it's saleforce are top rate! I will tell anyone who will listen how wonderful our experience was. We were treated great by the other employees in the dealership. Great Experience We went to PlanetFord intending to START looking for a new truck. I had bought my last one there so it seemed a good place to start. We were not expec We went to PlanetFord intending to START looking for a new truck. I had bought my last one there so it seemed a good place to start. We were not expecting to buy for a bit, but came prepared by doing our research online first. When we got there Chris Byrd walked up to greet us. He was very polite and friendly, not pushy at all, and offered to walk the lot with us, or drive us, in +100 degree temps. He showed us EVERYTHING we wanted to see, and stayed with us the whole time. Found a truck we liked, wanted more info. We told him then we were just starting looking, and would probably not buy. He smiled, said no problem and started getting info together for us. The first thin he did was go get approval to knock the price on that truck down several thousand dollars below the best price we had found on line. Then he offered to appraise our vehicle, and came back with a price that was a couple of thousand above the best value we had found on line. Then he walked us around to talk to each of the departments, shared everything with each of them that we had talked with him about. Turns out their first deal was far better than we had hoped for., so we did buy. We had started late in the day, so by the time we finished up it was past closing time at the dealership, but Chris stayed with us the whole time, including helping us move stuff out of our old truck and into the new one. Honestly, I cannot think of anything more he could have done. More
