Chris was great during our purchase of a new grand Cherokee. The exact model I wanted was in stock at a fair price and the financing was super easy—we were offered all the warranties but declined. Usu Cherokee. The exact model I wanted was in stock at a fair price and the financing was super easy—we were offered all the warranties but declined. Usually this causes arguing back and forth and a lot of pressure but there was none of that which made me feel very comfortable. Chris took his time to go back and forth looking at different options for trade-in and rates. Ultimately we are very happy with our purchase!
