It was a short video where she spoke to me by name, explaining she was ready to set up an appointment to see the target vehicle. I had never seen anything like this. At first I thought it was AI generated but later was told that NO, IT WAS REAL. Jennifer does that regularly. I felt immediately comfortable with the dealership. If they were doing something special like this, BEFORE you ever set foot in the showroom, well I was impressed. Arriving at the massive Continental Toyota lot was impressive. It is a modern visually pleasing site off LaGrange road. Easy parking right in front. I was greeted immediately and asked to have a seat and Jennifer came to set me up with a salesman. I was lucky again when Jennifer introduced me to DARRYL CANNON who turned out to be the best salesperson I've ever met to date. He showed me several used Rav4's and a new one which I wound up buying. There was never pressure, all my questions answered and Darryl was an expert at the Toyota product line. I have nothing but praise for this dealership and the people I met there that made the visit a memorable experience. More
