We could have used better transparency by the dealership pertaining to embedded costs…they were lumped together with sales tax into one number within the proposal and I had to tease the constituents apart. The dealings with Chris Cansler when finalizing paperwork/registration were not nearly as pleasant. Chris seemed dour, answered questions in a curt, minimalistic fashion and gave the impression of being annoyed with us. My wife was left quite unsettled and irritated by the interaction with Chris. Perhaps he was just having a bad day… More
