Great work My car had gotten work done by a body shop and as soon as I received it back I did the service and they noticed I was leaking washer fluid and they in My car had gotten work done by a body shop and as soon as I received it back I did the service and they noticed I was leaking washer fluid and they informed me when I got my car back from the service and I really appreciate that cause I wouldve never known if it wasn’t for the service team at Goudy honda More

Had negative experience. Waited too long . Feel disrespected In November(may be different month) , I went to service the car with a major maintenance. I came in at 7:00 a.m. and left at 4:10 p.m. Once I rea In November(may be different month) , I went to service the car with a major maintenance. I came in at 7:00 a.m. and left at 4:10 p.m. Once I reached home I noticed that my wipers were not working. I had to return on a Monday to have them fix. I feel that at this time I should have been advised that the air conditioner needed change or the freeze liquid was low. I left feeling uncomfortable. This passed Saturday, 5/13/18 I made an appointment to have the freeze for the air conditioner filled , to get an oil change and have the air pressure check. It took 4 1/2 hours. I feel the customer service is not up to standard and it disrespects customers. . Everyone left and I was the last one. Appointments don't mean anything. I am ready to buy another car and I don't know that I want to invest on a Honda. When it is time to service the car it becomes a head ache. I have been a customer with Honda , but I don't think I want to continue. I marked a sales person name ,but not sure . Please invoice. More

Easy, fast and convenient You just go in and tell them what you need. There is barely any waiting and they will notify you if there is any problems with your car. In case they find something wrong, they will give you a list of options. They are very polite and helpful. I don't mind traveling far just to go to them . More

Goudy is the best Made an appointment online for the regular oil and check up. Our service man said it would be about 1 1/2 hours. It was done in less than an hour. Found a nail in tire (resulting in "low tire pressure" alert I really appreciated the time taken to explain some of the workings of my dashboard info. after coming from a 2001 Dodge van.
