I dislike the car buying process but I was pleasantly surprised at their operation. I purchased a new car in under 2 hours. Everyone was upfront with me and didn’t play games. I chose to shop online and surprised at their operation. I purchased a new car in under 2 hours. Everyone was upfront with me and didn’t play games. I chose to shop online and we came to an agreement on price of the new car and the price of my trade in. I realized that they can’t give me hard number on the trade without seeing it. I was told if the car is as I described it that the price I was looking for shouldn’t be an issue. I thought this was a tactic to get me in the door but I was wrong. The only thing they said about my trade was they noticed a slight shimmy at 150mph. Lol. Love my New CX9. More

Chris was absolutely excellent to work with. He spent time understanding what I was looking for in a vehicle and presented a number of good options. He knew the various models and options well and helpe time understanding what I was looking for in a vehicle and presented a number of good options. He was proactive and set up my first complimentary service already. He’s already followed up a couple of times to makes sure things are going well.
