Chris is a genuine and caring guy!! I was in desperate need of a new vehicle. My a.c. went out in my old car, my windows did not go down and in this Louisiana heat there were several inc I was in desperate need of a new vehicle. My a.c. went out in my old car, my windows did not go down and in this Louisiana heat there were several incidents if me nearly hitting heat exhaustion while driving it. I was beyond stressed out and tired of having to trust a not so reliable car to get me to work and back without dying. I had tried several times before to get another car but I didn't have the funds up front and while I had good credit, I had never had a loan before. I got denied left and right from every bank and dealership I went too. I found my current car ( Mitsubishi Mirage ) online and loved it. It was in my price range and had very low miles. I was certain I couldn't get but did a pre approval anyway just because I really wanted this car. Unfortunately I yet again got denied.. Heartbroken and devastated. I talked to my fiance who encouraged me to call the dealership. The next day, after sleeping on it, I figured I would give it a try. I called and spoke to Chris. I told him how desperate I was on getting a new vehicle and how I've been struggling in doing so. He assured me he would do all he could to help me out. So after getting all my financial information, he told me he would call me back later that day. Sure enough, later that day I got a call from him and he informed me that I had actually gotten approved! He told me I could come by later in the day to pick up my new car. I was at work at the time and couldn't help but burst into tears and thank him over and over. I could have never done this without the above and beyond efforts that Chris had done for me. He is an amazing guy who has a genuine love for people. I recommend anyone and everyone in search of a new car to go to him. He helped me nearly change my life and I could never repay him for that. More

No hassell, no Bull I am not a fan of sales people. ESPECIALLY those that are just there to make a sale. I completely understand that this is their career and there livel I am not a fan of sales people. ESPECIALLY those that are just there to make a sale. I completely understand that this is their career and there livelihood, but I know what I want or better yet, I know what I don't want. I was forced to buy a new vehicle since I totaled my previous one. If it were up to me I'd buy the same exact one I had before but that same model, which was not a ford was a lot more compact on the newer models so it did not take long to scratch that idea. I explained to Chris, my salesman, exactly what I loved about my car and he suggested just one other vehicle after explaining why other cars wouldnt meet my desires. I agreed to test drive the Explorer Limited and although there were a couple of features missing from what I wanted I fell in love with it right after driving it. I do believe that had it not been for Chris and his down to earth "realism" I would have moved on to the next dealership in search for something different. He even took me to the service department and introduced me to the Service Manager personally and that impressed me beyond words. I do believe that we are losing types of people like Chris that are real and approachable. Very friendly and I'd bet his parents are super proud of him. I'd recommend him to other and I just know that we WILL be back to buy from him again regardless of where he is! He's got a fan with me. More

Chris Coupel was my salesman and he did a fabulous job bringing exactly what I was looking for in a truck. After a little negotiation, we came to an agreement and I took my first steps as the proud owner of a Ford F-150 XLT. The experience was great and I didn't feel smothered by the salesman. I'm sad to let the old Ford go, but the new one will definitely be a step up. Overall, great people and some great deals. More
