My name is Chris Curtis, Assistant Service Manager for Germain Toyota of Columbus. Joining the Germain team in May 2018 I have a vast background working in the automotive industry since 1993. I strive every day to provide the best value in service with a smile and a handshake. Born and raised in Granville, OH I enjoyed being from a small town. I’m a graduate of Granville HS and participated in numerous manufacturer training seminars. My wife Jennifer and I have 5 children, Chase, Gwen, Alex, Abby, and Keegan. I enjoy spending my free time with family and friends, preferably at a beach. My favorite vacation escape happens to be South Florida. If I were to be a superhero I would have to be Ironman, he has cool toys and gadgets. When relaxing especially at the beach I enjoy kicking back and listening to my favorite tune One by U2. My favorite Toyota is the Camry, it’s sporty yet functional.

Beyond exceptional We recently moved to Ohio and needed a Toyota dealer for servicing my Our RAV4. From the first visit to Germain Toyota meeting Chris in service...... We recently moved to Ohio and needed a Toyota dealer for servicing my Our RAV4. From the first visit to Germain Toyota meeting Chris in service......to the next meeting of Austin (AJ) in Sales, I can not express how welcoming and accommodating these folks were. Never in our history of buying a new car, did we ever have such a warm, fast, and seamless experience! May I add, that although (out of Germain’s control), we had some hiccups with our new car, Germain Toyota’s staff went above and beyond to provide us ultimately a perfect outcome! These guys are are so attentive to the customer’s needs and .... we felt as if we were their only customer!!!! More

Getting to the bottom of dead battery issues Our car, used by our granddaughter, was having issues with the battery being depleted during very cold weather. She was only driving the car to work l Our car, used by our granddaughter, was having issues with the battery being depleted during very cold weather. She was only driving the car to work less than 2 miles away each day. We took the car to Germain and Chris made sure that they would get to the bottom of it. After checking the car extensively, they found out that the battery needed replaced less than a month before the warranty was to expire. We owed nothing and are very pleased that Germain always has our back! More

Good Service, Communication Issues Sales, financing, customer service, and new sales treated me just fine but seemed to struggle to communicate with one another. After purchasing my veh Sales, financing, customer service, and new sales treated me just fine but seemed to struggle to communicate with one another. After purchasing my vehicle, I returned 4 (FOUR) additional times to have issues fixed with the vehicle that should have been fixed before I initially drove it off the lot. The staff was happy to pay for all of the issues, but were not able to complete the fixes in 1 appointment. More

Great service department My new 2019 RAV4 with 1500 miles on it had a major problem with the all wheel drive system. This is a new system for the RAV4. The Germain Service Managers and technicians worked with Toyota to do all that it would take to identify and repair the problem correctly I was impatient however very pleased with their extreme efforts in the repair.
