Other dealerships should take a class from this one! I recently purchased a new truck from Nielsen Dodge and this was BY FAR - the BEST ALL AROUND dealings I have had with a car dealership. I dealt with a gentleman named Greg through Internet sales at first who went above and beyond to assist me in my search and satisfaction with my price matching. I did all the paperwork prior to walking into the dealership and upon entering I was in and out in less than an hour with my new truck. Their financing office is state of the art, they don't hand you 500 copies of everything - nope, you literally sign a "desk pad" and they hand you a zip drive with all your documents on it. So much better! Everyone was nice, friendly, attentive and focused on making the customer happy. (Which you don't see everyday) More

When I finally decided to go in to make a purchase I was lucky enough to have Chris Damon as the sales person who talked me through everything, once we were finished I went to speak to Terry Martone in the finance department who made every as quick and painless as possible. I highly suggest going to Nielsen Dodge for all your car needs! It's a Great group of people working there :) More

Good staff I have now purchased three cars from Nielsen in the last 4 years. I like the people we have had to work with at the dealership very much. I do find it odd that at the end of the sale a manager comes over and asks you to rate them high on the corporate survey that you always get after buying a car. More
