My 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee On the internet I had read great reviews about the Nielsen dealership. After my purchase experience, I would have to be added to the list of most sat On the internet I had read great reviews about the Nielsen dealership. After my purchase experience, I would have to be added to the list of most satisfied customers. I was referred to Chris Damon and met with him on Saturday, September 13, 2014. We reviewed all the available Grand Cherokees and Chris was most patient and thorough in going over all the details and options that were available to me. He was most helpful in helping me arrive at a vehicle and a price that was right for me. At no time was there any pressure during the whole selection and negotiation process. I was pleased with the experience when I left on Saturday, confident that I had made the right choice and that the price was right. When I picked up the Grand Cherokee on Wednesday (9/17) Chris went over every detail of the car and the options with which it is equipped. The best part of the whole process is the feeling that Chris is a representative who will be there, available at Nielsen, not just to sell a vehicle but to support the sale and the customer long after the car leaves the showroom. I would reccommend the Nielsen dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle and, more specifically, I would highly endorse Chris Damon to any of my friends and family who are in the search for a new car.
