Great buying experience Went in to look at new 2020 350 Super Duty and talked with Chris Derrick. I heard a Chevy on order and told him if he could sell me on his product I w Went in to look at new 2020 350 Super Duty and talked with Chris Derrick. I heard a Chevy on order and told him if he could sell me on his product I would change, he did and I did. Zero pressure dealing with him but his knowledge of his product was impressive. He never tore down other manufacturers he just sold me on the Ford. No haggling on the price. I also dealt with Brian Chan on delivery and he was equally impressive. I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership or Chris and Brian. More

Great Overall Experience with Chris Derrick Let me start my review by saying that Chris Derrick is the reason I purchased from Metro Ford. He's was great to work with, answered all my questions Let me start my review by saying that Chris Derrick is the reason I purchased from Metro Ford. He's was great to work with, answered all my questions (calls and texts) with no pressure and no BS. In most cases price sales cars and Metro Ford was able to match the best deal I could find in the state. I did run into an issue with the Sales Manager when it came time to pull the trigger, but General Manager Jason Hutton was accessible by phone and quickly and easily resolved it. I would definitely recommend these guys if you're on the market for a new Ford. More
