Our 08 f250 was vandalized and the insurance decided it was too much to fix so they said it was a total loss. We started looking thru our insurance and Metro Ford popped up with a truck that was almost ide was too much to fix so they said it was a total loss. When we got there everyone was nice but once we told them the truck we wanted we were told "That only price is only if you have a trade in." They were going to add $4000 on top of the internet price. Our insurance company had sent us an email with a certificate saying we would be paying the internet price plus the documentary fee. After agreeing to honor the insurance certificate you could tell they were not happy. I would have recommended had they not tried to add 4000 to the price when we got there. More
