I was car shopping and worked with Chris Donahoo, who patiently showed me various cars. Although I didn't purchase from Heritage Honda in Bel Air due to convenience, (I ended up at their sister location patiently showed me various cars. We called to inquire about a used vehicle and Joe reached out immediately and took a video right then for us to see the car and emailed it to us since we live over an hour away.
