I have been in touch with Catlin probably around August. I wanted to test drive your electric car and when there was one available Caitlin called us. From the moment we meet on Friday December 30th she welcomed us with a smiling face. She was warm, friendly, professional, and had a great personality. She even took the time to read up on more information regarding Subaru's electric car since that was the main season for us coming in on Friday. We ended up getting a Forester Sport which was the idea of Catlin once we said we were interested n the Forester in stand. Once we saw it, I loved it. We agreed on a price which Chris helped us with which we also greatly appreciated how easy everything went, Quick and easy. I can't say enough how pleasant this experience was working with Catlin. She even send us a day after a text to make sure everything was fine with our Forester. This is the first time that I look forward to working again with Catlin. I will recommend her to any of my friends who are looking for a Subaru. I actually already referred her to my neighbors who are also looking for a Forester.
